Grace Gerry

Grace Gerry BHS AI PCAH started her riding career as a young child and owned her first pony at the age of 9.  Very much enjoying her early riding years, Grace was an active member of the Newmarket and Thurlow Branch of The Pony Club and the Saffron Walden Riding Club.

Competing every weekend and attending every rally available, in 2004 Grace was awarded both Junior Show Jumping and Cross Country Champion on her pony, Mountain Ash.

Later that year, Grace was taken on at Hallingbury Hall Equestrian Centre. In her years there, Grace achieved NVQ levels 1, 2 and 3, her PTT and her AI qualifications, as well as her Pony Club AH.
While Grace was at that fantastic training facility, she gained valuable experience teaching all levels of rider, and also discovered her passion and talent for the training of young horses.  Grace was also a runner up in the Government competition, 'National Apprentice of the Year 2008'.

On leaving Hallingbury Hall in 2008, Grace formed GL Equestrian to focus on the youngsters, whilst also eventing her own horses.  Grace had begun British Eventing in 2007 on her own young horse, and is currently competing at BE Novice.  Grace also rides in British Dressage and Arabian Showing for other owners.
Over the years, Grace has broken-in more than 200 horses in all different spheres.
